Orders & Payments

  1. We are home bakers, so we do not charge any GST.
  2. Your order will only be confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
  3. Orders will not be processed if payment is not received.
  4. For all orders, we require a minimum of 72 hours turnaround time as we bake everything fresh.
  5. Cancellations and changes to orders require a minimum of 3 days’ notice from the delivery date (e.g., if you need the products delivered on Saturday, please inform us by Wednesday at 12pm). To request a cancellation or change, email us at sherry@lalunebleue.sg with your invoice number.
  6. Strictly no cancellations or amendments are allowed for orders scheduled for delivery within 3 days.
  7. For urgent requests, please contact us via WhatsApp message.

Refunds & Cancellations

  1. To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at sherry@lalunebleue.sg with your invoice number at least 3 days before the fulfillment date. We will cancel your order and process your refund within 3 working days. Refunds will be issued via PayNow.
  2. However, if we have already started baking the product, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

Delivery

  1. Deliveries are handled by independent or external couriers.
  2. We offer a Standard Delivery service operating between 12 pm and 7 pm every day. We cannot accommodate specific delivery timing requests (e.g., at 1:30 pm, before 3 pm, after 6 pm); please note that such requests written in our online order forms will be voided without prior notice.
  3. The delivery fee is for a single receipt to a single location. If you require delivery to multiple locations, please place multiple orders.
  4. Alternatively, you may opt for self-collection and arrange your own courier service to pick up your order from us before 6 pm.
  5. Please ensure both the sender and recipient are informed about the delivery, and someone is available to receive the package. All contact numbers should be current and available, as the courier may need to get in touch with either party (if necessary) during delivery.
  6. We are not liable for any cake damages or replacements if the customer allows the delivery person to leave the cake outside.
  7. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, your order will be returned to us. You may arrange for local pick-up or pay a re-delivery fee of $20.
  8. We reserve the right to dispose of uncollected products at the end of the day without offering a refund or replacement.
