Deliver
1. Do you deliver? Yes, we offer Standard Delivery at S$15/= to an addresss in Singapore. However, there are certain location that we don’t deliver. Please see Term &Condition
2. Why do I need to enter the information of sender (the person ordering) and recipient (the person receiving the items) in the “Add a note to your order”? Once the order has been placed, we will confirm your order with the sender. Before delivery, we will contact the recipient before sending the item(s). This is to ensure that the item(s) are delivered in timely manner as our item(s) are heat sensitive.
3. Can I pick my delivery time? Our Standard Delivery service operates between 12 – 7pm in order of locations. If you require your item within a specific timeframe, please tap the WhatsApp button to enquire; we will try to accommodate as much as we can but if there is clash in the schedule, we will advise accordingly. Alternatively, you can opt for self-collection or arrange your own courier service.
4. Can I change the delivery of my order for self-collection instead? Yes, do contact us via WhatsApp at least 2 days in advance for this request.
5. Will delivery be more expensive if I order more items? No. Delivery is charged at a flat fee of S$15.00 per location. However, there are certain location that we don’t deliver. Please see Term &Condition
6. What happens when I’m not around during the delivery of my order? Your order will be sent back to us. You may make your own arrangement to pick up the item(s) or pay a re-delivery fee of S$20/=
7. What happens if I was sent the wrong items? Or if items were damaged? Please contact us via WhatsApp
8. Can I place a same-day order? We are unable to accept same-day order as all item are bake fresh and upon confirmation of order. We do not keep stock.
9. How long in advance should I place my order? You should place your order 3 days in advance so that our team has ample time to prepare the items.
Product
1. Are your items vegan or vegetarian-friendly? Our items contain dairy products, eggs and gelatine, and therefore may not be suitable.
2. Are your cakes Halal? Unfortunately, our kitchen is not halal-certified.
3. Will candles and a knife be provided? Yes, you can leave a request under the remarks section when placing your order.
4. Do you have special packaging for birthday/gift orders? We have Birthday and Thank You cards, please request them under “Add a note to your order” when placing your order.
5. Do you write or provide lettering services on cakes? No. We do not have this service at the moment.
6. Is there an expiry date for the cakes? Yes, all products should be consumed within 2 days.
7. Must I store the cakes at a certain temperature? Yes, all products must be kept refrigerated. Viennoiserie can be heated before serving.
8. How long can I store the cakes in room temperature? All cakes, tarts, cupcakes & muffins and swiss roll can only last within 45 minutes to 1 hour without chiller. Viennoiserie can be stored in room temperature up to 2 days.
Payment
1. Which payment method do you accept? Only payment accepted is via PayNow.
2. Is cash upon delivery accepted? No, it is not accepted. You will have to make payment online before we can proceed with your order.
